I had a double lung transplant at Mayo (Rochester) in Sept 2019. Although it is a major surgery, I would definitely do it again. I also began my journey with a Mayo pulmonologist, who then referred me to transplant. Definitely would suggest seeing another pulmonologist you feel comfortable with at Mayo. The two I saw were fantastic! (A man and woman).

That's good to hear things went well for you. I have a hard time changing doctors. I always feel like I'm offending the doctor I have. I know it's stupid to feel like that. I need to do something about all this. Can you tell me which doctor you saw at Mayo?
