I am careful with my diet but ever since I’ve been on Tacrolimus I have gained weight and really have to try hard to keep it off. Anyone experience the same?

Yes, I have gained about 30 pounds and dieting and exercise do not help. I am going to talk with my doctors about it as the extra weight has made me feel tired with little or no energy.
