Ok. So how do you check the state? What office or site do you check?
I just talked with the specialty pharmacy and they will send out the Ofev tomorrow. I might wait a week or so to see if I can get a little stronger before I start taking it.

For Arizona, here is the link to check on an doctor:
https://www.azmd.gov/
I am sure there is an equivalent in every state in the country.
I always look up the educational information as well as whether
there are any claims filed against that physician. This is a useful
tool in the bigger picture of researching a doctor.
