Some good data ..but as usual many uses of " may " and I didn't see any MEASURES of # grams of Melatonin. I advise ONE gram along with meditation, breathing exercises and even Lavendar smear under nose . Melatonin is available in 5+ grams which is MUCH different with reactions and long term negatives..
I'm monitored by my GP and and otherwise free of any maladies you referred to. So pls advise to choose a GP with good experience in sleep issues.....Mike
Mike, thanks for the info. I was sharing the melatonin data for educational purposes only. Fortunately I’ve never had an issue with sleep and don’t require any assistance.
