This is indeed a problem. Can't sleep thru the night....haave had sleep studies at hospital.....only conclusion is prescription drugs.....ambien, etc. Melatonin in 5-10 mg does, only lets me sleep an hour or so. At whits end, looking for something to help.
A six week online course from the Cleveland Clinic called " Go to Sleep " was recommended by my sleep specialist and has helped me fall asleep much better. The course is only $40 and only takes a few minutes each day of your time. It has been well worth the money and little amount of time needed. Check it out on their website.
O.K purchased the Cannibas gummies....Do you just chew one before bed time? The dispensary just said just chew the gummy...not much help? What's your experience?

Since my last comment on August 22nd I have discovered that combining 5 mg of lithium orotate with 500 mg of taurine Plus 1/8 tsp of glycine helps me to get to sleep and control my thoughts and reduce my anxiety. The lithium alone does not do it.
Emptying the contents of the lithium and 500 mg of taurine into a glass with minimal water, let dissolve and drink. This is followed by 1/8 teaspoon of glycine placed under the tongue. I let the glycine sit there as long as I possibly can then swallow the rest. I do this about 10 to 15 minutes before I go to bed. This worked consistently 4 days in a row even under condition when I had anxiety before going to bed. I have been supplement free for the past 5 days for sleep. So far I've not had any reason to try the picamilon.
Lithium reduces anxiety and help me control my thoughts. Taurine makes me dream. Glycine which is the synthetic version, tastes like sugar. It also acts like a very mild Xanax.
Thnx, jenatsky
Some good data ..but as usual many uses of " may " and I didn't see any MEASURES of # grams of Melatonin. I advise ONE gram along with meditation, breathing exercises and even Lavendar smear under nose . Melatonin is available in 5+ grams which is MUCH different with reactions and long term negatives..
I'm monitored by my GP and and otherwise free of any maladies you referred to. So pls advise to choose a GP with good experience in sleep issues.....Mike
Thnx !
Thank you...I"ll take a look.....getting desparate for a night of good sleep.
@cent66 have you considered cannabis at bedtime. THC + CBD + CBN does me well.
local store opened recently....we are in a open cannibas state...so plenty of cannabis dispensary here. I'll take a try.
Thnx and they specialize with xcellent rep...heart and stroke issues

Try magnesium...as most of us with average eating habits while aging are very lacking in magnesium....
That affects sleep.
I'll add Magnesium to the cannibas gummies. Have used too many prescription medications....Ambien, Ativan, etc. Just dont want a daily routine.
