Still going on. I've felt myself very sick, neverending flu or so. I've worked for three weeks now. Cough, sore throat, my voice hoarse, I'm very tired all the day. I think I've got mycoplasma too. We have it a lot of here in Finland, we have adenovirus too. So, let's see, when I will be better, it's not going to be very soon. Maybe some kind of long covid too.

You have elevated IgA, IgG, and M proteins? I have IgA kappa MGUS and caught covid March '23 (I'm 70 and also have celiac and IgA collagenous colitis). It would be good to see a doctor; long covid takes many forms. My covid lasted 10 long sick days, followed by 8 months of long covid. It mostly hit my cardiovascular system. My main prescription was rest, exercise in small bits with rest between. Consider keeping a food log in case covid triggers any food intolerances, and getting tested for celiac (Finland has one of the highest incidences in the world at ~3%).
