I’ve taken a look at some photos. Were you diagnosed by a dermatologist? I’ve had something similar for many years, but my dermatologists have always said it was psoriasis. I do have psoriasis on my scalp in a small spot, but the spots are on my arms and legs and don’t look like psoriasis to me. Just curious. My spots ate extremely itchy. Is that common?

Yes, I have had it confirmed by several dermatologists over the years. My spots aren’t generally itchy but if exposed inadvertently to sun (around my ankles) they can become itchy or sting From my research itchiness is common.. There are always new spots which sting a bit. If I don’t religiously use moisturizer they become rough & scaly . I see a dermatologist every 6 months to monitor the spots as in rare cases it can develop into squamous cell or basal cell carcinoma. At these visits the most severe spots are treated with cryotherapy
If you do have psoriasis at least there are effective treatments.
All the best!
I keep up on the research and most articles indicate that there is no effective treatment. I tend to concur having tried blue light
