Fibromyalgia help/questios
I have never written about me before, or asked a question. Here goes, I feel alone with this issue, I know anyone who has it or really knows what it is like. Overwhelmed with exhaustion, body aches like a bad flu, brain fog, I suffer from severe migraines. Leg weakness/dizziness (this could be due to something else?). I am looking for some advice and suggestions please.

Hi
Yes I do hydralyte tablets they are effervescent. There is no crap in them very low sugar. You can get them on Amazon. My pharmacist suggested them
I will look into them! Sounds handy. Stay well.

1 ReactionI have had fibromyalgia for 28 years, and I control it with supplements. I can no longer take Western Medicine due to severe allergies to the fillers in the prescriptions. I use Quercetin 500mg 2 x day, Vitamin C 2500 mg daily, Boswellia capsules to help with pain 2 capsules 3 times a day, various minerals and Vitamin B shots every other week - I give myself the shots, Magnesium Glycinate 1 1/2 tablets at bedtime. This regimen has kept me out of severe flareups - the flareups I get now are mostly caused by me overdoing things. I hope this helps.

1 ReactionDo you take the cyclobenzaorine daily? I usually only take it during bad flares, but have pain every day but wasn't sure it was okay to take it daily. What supplements help you? I also have sleep issues so am tired every day. Thanks.
Hi
I took it the 2 weeks I had radiation in apr. Prior to that hadn't taken it in 2 yrs. It makes my tinnitus worse. Originally I was on it 5mg every night for 5 yrs. Currently looking for new med with new physician. For fatigue and sleep & anxiety. Been a rough 6 mths. I more so have tight muscles cramps in the night and restless sleep. Currently just doing CBD/CBN oil . MAGNESIUM GLYCINATE 200MG at bedtime, Vit b complex, Vit D & k Coq10, the omegas.. I am on 6 scripts for various health issues. I do see a naturopathic dr for supplement

2 ReactionsI am like you all, I was in a car accident and also have extensive neck and back injuries. I have functional movement disorder in addition to fibromyalgia. Cymbalta and gabapentin help with the pain and tingling, itching, crawling nerve sensations. I also take a multivitamin, magnesium, B, and iron. It is a difficult road with the pain and weakness.

1 ReactionSo sorry to hear about your accident and resulting issues. My car accident was many years ago and I am still dealing with the repercussions.
I will pray for you to improve soon. I have been told by two specialists that they feel that a trauma, such as that of a car accident, can cause the start of fibromyalgia. It seems to be tied to a physical trauma that the body has gone through. That’s what seems to baffle some doctors that I have been able to speak with.

1 ReactionI have given up with even mentioning it to anybody. It’s something I’ve had for many years. I got so tired of the Dr looking at me with doubt.

1 ReactionI also have fibro and was wondering how you heard about the supplements you take, were these recommended by a functional medicine doctor? Thanks.
