Prior to cymbalta I was on cyclobenzaprine it's a muscle relaxer also helps with pain. After knee surgery my pain was intolerable and cymbalta was used to control it. It's a fibro med. I only needed it to recover from surgery. Then I went back on cyclobenzaorine As you know, fibro comes and goes I have had it since the age of.
Mid twenties so. Mine is Controlled by Supplementation and c b d/cbn oil and advil plus. Since going thru radiation therapy i have severe fatigue and sleep issues. Waiting on my new gp to decide what to try.

Do you take the cyclobenzaorine daily? I usually only take it during bad flares, but have pain every day but wasn't sure it was okay to take it daily. What supplements help you? I also have sleep issues so am tired every day. Thanks.

Thank you for sharing, I hope that your new GP has a good understanding of fibro and chronic pain.
Dealing with pain makes you so tired and it saps all of your energy. I hope that you will be feeling much better very soon. I am a proponent of sports drinks with the electrolytes in them. Staying hydrated is so important. Stay well.
