What are the chances of bony mets with Ca pancreas?

My dad is having a tender point on his left upper back since 2 days. The pain is radiating to his left arm. It's intensity increases on lying. We had done a CECT scan 45 days back but there was nothing as such in the scans.
Not able to know the cause of this continuous pain. Also he had discontinued olaparib for 20 days and started recently .
Please give your opinions.

My husband's cancer was found because of back pain and weakness/numbness in left arm. He assumed he had injured his back when kayaking or skiing or whatever. Turned out to be bone cancer.... a lot along the spine ... and that started the whole journey as far as trying to locate the primary. He had radiation on the bone mets last fall and after several months it was better... but unknown if it was the radiation, or the chemo, or salonpas patches, or the gabapentin that was helping with the pain. The pain has returned so additional thoracic scans are planned along with seeing someone in the pain clinic to see what can be done.
If it is not cancer, your dad might try salonpas or similar 4% lidocaine patches to see if that helps.
