Best Calcium Supplement?

I asked my doc the same thing. But she had tested my magnesium and said it was already at very healthy levels, so to not add a supplement. Guess too much of a good thing could be too much? There are probably people with more knowledge on this here than me, but that is my experience so far. There are foods, like pumpkin seeds, that are high in magnesium and I do try to partake more in them than I used to….!

Thank you for responding. Food is always the best choice. I have so many
allergies that it's tough for me to get enough of the right nutrition
