Hi
I have lived with fibro since I was 30 I am 66.
Finding your baseline for fatigue is important. Dont push yourself , rest when you need to . Start small . Even just doing household chores needs to be spreadout. Along with quality sleep and nutrition. An endocrinologist can help. Supplements are important. I see a naturopathic dr for these. They are better versed. It's not one size fits all. Everyone's body is different. I wish you well and hope you have a physician who can treat you.

Thank you so much for your support. I do find it difficult to sleep at times, I have recently tried melatonin with some success. I agree that I have to pace myself, I do find myself getting impatient with that - I want to get things done 😉
not waiting there for me.
I think I started with my fibromyalgia around age 36, shortly after we were in a car accident. We were hit by a drunk driver & my back was broken in two places. About a year or so afterwards - it started. I have been truly
suffering from this for many years now myself. As if the pain wasn’t bad enough, the increasing muscle weakness and exhaustion are wearing me down. I take a very good multi-vitamin daily and try to rest when I can.
I have tried to keep a good attitude, except that recently my flare ups are more frequent and seem to last longer. I am a little bit discouraged about that. Keeping warm is a given also!
