How about a laugh, (hopefully)

I believe laughter is the best medicine. Laughter has actually been scientifically proven to help people with depression issues.
Let’s give it a try so we can all get happy and feel better. Many Epilepsy forums I’ve been on had joke sections. I was probably the biggest joke of all since I didn’t get a lot of the jokes. They said the jokes couldn’t be above 4th grade level for me to understand them so my jokes may be rather simplistic but let’s give it a try.

I truly believe Laughter is the Best Medicine!
Years ago while going through a very difficult health situation I realized how very important it can be. I also knew when I was very depressed as I realized I had basically lost my sense of humor which was scary to me - it’s usually very much present. Myself and my 2 grown kids and their spouses are all the same, fortunately. Many of us are also in healthcare so it adds a perverse but dry humor to it!
