Welcome @moudsie80, I had not heard of using a rectal probiotic. I wasn't able to find anyone who mentioned using a rectal probiotic by my search of Connect. I did find some information on the topic while you wait for members with experience to respond.

I think I would be a little worried about the burning followed by nausea after lunch. Have you discussed the new symptoms with your doctor?

the burning was about 3-4 hours after I ate--could be I was just hungry and this is how it manifested itself. It's gone now--was gone after I ate. this is new to me and I'm just getting used to it. It's not an enema--it's a suppository. It did help the nausea after eating breakfast (my biggest meal) and after dinner. Thanks for the help and reply.
