When we get older, our digestive system get older too. Many people started to be lactose intolerant as they get older. Some medication can also cause IBS symptoms like sex hormone. I stopped taking estradiol and my guts are less sensitive now

Right Helen. An allergist mentioned this to us, as you get older your gut has trouble digesting lactose.
Aging is not for sissies!!!
