What type of oil did you use. I currently have shingles for the last month and half. I take opiates but don't want to. I also just got diagnosed with Lung Cancer. Any help you can provide. Would be helpful.

Did you rub it into the affected area? That is the way it helped me, but I got no relief taking it orally.
I just took it orally I still have some product in a bottle that's several years old, I'll use it up trying the topical method.
