I just took it orally I still have some product in a bottle that's several years old, I'll use it up trying the topical method.

Personally i have had better luck with CBD topicals than gummies or oral oil when it comes to pain relief. Cornbread and Extract Labs are two brands I have tried. Extract has a discount program for people on limited income, and so does Lazarus Naturals, Myriam's Hemp, and some other CBD companies.
