Did the side effects from Fosamax finally clear up, such as the diarrhea? I was prescribed this med but am afraid to start taking it. Thanks.

Also, still having bouts of heartburn and diarrhea. Not sure what's going on.
I was so sick after one fosamax, I was on the toilet and projectile vomiting. I was freezing then sweating while vomiting. I called Dr after hours nurse, all she said was call an ambulance or go to hospital. After 12 hours it was finally out of my system. Will not take again.

I stopped after 2 doses. Bad diarrhea and back pain. Now I'm on Forteo. I've had 9 doses so far and no problems. Not everyone has side effects. I'm just an unlucky one.
