Grade 3 meningioma with double vision

My husband had craniotomy in 2022 for 5cm meningioma. Initially diagnosed as grade two. He did radiation following surgery. When it started to grow a year later he got cyberknife treatment. Six months later they decided to send the original tumor off for more pathology testing. It came back as grade three. He has been receiving atvastin treatment and the last MRI showed no growth. The tumor is located near the optic nerve. All neuro opthamology testing shows that the tumor is very close but not on optic nerve. However he started six months ago with double vision (no vision loss) and it has progressed rapidly since. They have attempted prism glasses but it doesn’t help since the double vision is not when looking straight ahead. Nobody can explain if the double vision is tumor growth or from previous radiation. He is receiving treatment at Duke. Wondering if anyone has had surgery after diagnosed with grade 3? Doctors were willing to do surgery if needed when they thought it was grade 2, but now that it’s grade3 they don’t want to do surgery. Has anyone had help with double vision when there’s not vision loss? Other than double vision, my husband has no other symptoms. He wants to continue being active and working, but double vision is making it difficult. Thank you!

I have chordoma that is by my optic nerve. I have been operated on in3021 with radiation and 2024 without radiation. I have had double vision sense the beginning. I use an eye patch on my left eye. The vision in my right eye is getting worse. They have told me that I will be blinded some day. There is no cure for chordoma cancer so I just hang in there. I am getting infusion treatments at this time. I go back for scans in e days to see how much it has grown.
