I’m a 67 year old healthy guy who is at three weeks today. I had my follow up today and got fully released.
I decided to have a trial run with my wife yesterday. All systems were go. The only semi surprise was my ejaculate was seemingly all blood. My doctor said at my follow up that should not be concerning. It is common the first time.

@yagermeister - Congrats on being "released" in more ways than one. It took me several months to have all systems return to "go"...so don't be too surprised or upset if your outcome isn't exactly what you expected during the recovery process. I am six months post and I would say I'm 95%+ recovered. It takes some patience...
