This is a WONDERFUL example of a process that can keep pain lowered which may be why her’s is manageable most of the time. One note, though. If you have EHLERS DANLOS Hypermobility, some of these suggestions are bad for you. If you have any hyper mobility condition do NOT do yoga, go to a regular masseuse, or chiropractor. All of those things will dislocate your joints, at least partially, which why we are in constant pain. It’s so tempting, I know, but it will be worse the next day, not better.

Thank you for the encouragement. This plan has evolved after much experimentation, different physicians' advice, reading, and so on and on and on It is truly unfortunate that people are pretty much on their own in dealing with fibro. I thank God that most of the time I am able to keep it under control.
