My doctor (a geriatrician) said Lexapro is recommended at 10 mg a day for seniors. I keep wondering about increasing it, because it worked so well in the past at 10 mg, and now not working as well. My friend, also a senior, is taking 20 mg. A day and it’s working well for her.
