I seldom google but the delta dense granules are part of our platelets. Getting another test is good. Find out why this may be happening. Do you have another condition being treated?

I also have a low C1Q and my doctors are thinking it could be an autoimmune disease but not sure. I have a history of complicated hydronephrosis, POTS, and endometriosis. I looked up stuff about the platelets and it said it could be linked to other conditions.
