I wondered if having more visual support from your RE, you might notice a fading of the problem when both eyes are open? Would you say that overall, your vision in both eyes seems better in any way? On another note, is the B&L IOL you had implanted available in a toric do you know? Many thanks!

Best thing I would say on LE is that there IS some amount of adaptation to the PD over (for me) 4 years time. BUT, temporal lights like driver-side, rear-view mirror and tunnel lights remain problematic. The “goodness” of the RE doesn’t win out, so to speak.

On B & L and torics, I don’t know. There are a number of round-edge IOLs and I’d ask your cataract surgeon to research with their vendors to find the best “fit” for you.
