I have been post menopausal for 19 years, recently onset of ONE nipple symptom of soreness.. itchy at first but then soreness.. nothing .. nothing nothing is addressing this.. I cannot go to a doctor, I havent got one, and I also have no medical insurance.. Cant any search online directly address this specific issue ??? for the love of God there's nothing!!!

While I know you are looking for answerers about this problem online, please know that it is not wise, to try and diagnose a problem only using the internet.

In order to put your mind at ease, you will need to see a doctor. If you have no insurance and this involves the breast, it might be a good idea to contact the American Cancer Society and ask if they can suggest a clinic where you can get a breast exam and probably a mammogram at low or no cost.

Here is a link to the American Cancer Society, if you call, they might be able to help you with a clinic in your area,

I can see you are worried and hoping to find an answer online. I agree with @trixie1313 and @hopeful33250 that having one breast with nipple soreness can be the sign of many things and that it is best to get an assessment of a medical professional.

I understand that you currently do not have insurance or a primary care physician.
