$71/200 tablets is probably generic Apixaban from India? 2.5mg or 5mg?
Pfizer branded Eliquis from Turkey shipped from Marutius is usually a little more from what I've seen.

Difference with BMS Eliquis + US Medicare donut hole seems to be ~$1500/year

That’s correct. 5mg being shipped from Marutius and takes a couple of weeks.
