@jbabilonia Welcome to Connect. I have detached vitreous in both eyes, and my opthalmologist said this is kind of normal aging that causes this. He recommended do nothing because eye surgery can come with a risk of infection that could lead to blindness. If I move my eyes, I just wait until it settles and my vision clears. My husband does have a wrinkle in his retina which has been stable since it was discovered, and it is periodically mapped and checked out.

Did you have treatment for your eye condition? I'm curious as to why you would be blind in one eye if you had waited and not seen a specialist?

I do have GA in one eye and get shots for wet in that eye. The other has dry and I get syfovre shot every two months. During my last shot appointment I told the retinal doctor about the veil and he was unable to see anything. I have an appointment with an ophthalmologist on Tuesday to get a second opinion.
