Hello, Hello123yes

I just read your post from 2 years back....hopefully your sorted now? Upon reading your shared information, my feeling is that the combination of factors allowed the circumstances to switch on within the body technology whereby the Kundalini Energy was over-activated. This can create all the situation you shared about and would not be easily if at all fixable by the normal western allopathic health system. Time may fix the issue or may already have?.....since you stopped the generating factor.

If not, it's recommended to try and see a genuine fully Enlightened person and ask for guidance. Although she's not the only one, there's one fully Enlightened Teacher named Maharishikaa Preeti - you can find her on youtube etc.

If you still have the issue and feel it's increasing unexpectedly sometimes....the high energy of the current solar cycle with it's solar flares would quite likely agitate such a situation - more reason to look for help in the appropriate place and personage.

Best Wishes,
Andy

Hello123yes. I had something similar happen to me back in 2010. I had been taking a generic Benadryl ingredient sleep aid pill, and one night after a stressful day.... I took more than the dosage instructions and then went to work in the morning and drank alot of coffee. I had taken 2 of the sleep aid sleep pill at bedtime and then 2 more towards morning because I wanted to get some sleep! (I planned on sleeping in late) Well, it didn't put me to sleep so I believe when I went to work at 7am, and drank coffee, it had a BAD effect on my body! I had a 24 hour panic attack.....it was awful. Went to ER the next morning and they gave me a Lorazepam... all my vitals were fine. But went home and within an hour I was relaxed and sleeping. I had sleep issues after that worse than before and started taking Flurazepam. Which worked great! Wasnt taking it daily, only 2 times a week. Then it got discontinued and I started taking Lorazepam. Along with Amitriptyline. Works good for anxiety/panic disorder and sleep. I really really hope that you are feeling better and have gotten some relief/answers/medications to help you now. It makes me mad that you went to the hospital and they said they couldn't help you! BS!! They could have done something for you! At the least, they could have given you something that would have made you have a good sleep. And should have prescribed you an anti-anxiety medication. Again, I hope you are doing better now.
