@bommie, do you mean constant pain for all 8 months since the surgery, or a new unexplained pain at 8 months after feeling ok? If it is new pain, it might possibly be bursitis inflammation from overuse or trauma. My rTSR was fine, felt normal after about 8 months until I had a few days of hard use carrying and dragging heavy things, developed sharp pain with any sort of shoulder rotation motion, even slight elbow movement. It took about a month to resolve itself on it's own, by the time I got in for an appointment it was almost back to normal. You can still get muscle, tendon, and soft tissue pain from overuse, that have nothing to do with the replacement itself. My shoulder has been fine over a year since the incident.

I am at 5+ months still dealing with pain. DR says wait a couple of months and see.
