What milligrams did you start your dose and work up to what you currently take? Did you use a compounding pharmacy to go to small doses? How long was it before you noticed a difference?
Thank you for sharing.
yes, compounded LDN from a local pharmacy.
I started at 1.5 mg and titrated up to 3.5 mg now which seems to work for me. 4.5 mg is standard, but how much or little you need is up to your body.

i could feel a change at 1.5 mg, but it didn’t last.
Did your Primary Care Provider prescribe LDN? How long did you wait to
titrate each dose and by what amount. I watched a webinar from Stanford Medicine Project Echo and 60% patients improved from this drug. They also suggested using LDN Resource Trust as another resource. I am so happy you got a benefit from this medication.
Me too! But it stopped working when I got Covid again. Dr. Hurt at Mayo said that they are finding that same reaction in other Long Haul Covid patients. I wasn't crazy! Relief!
I take LDN from the Stanford clinic and it has been very helpful in reducing fatigue and brain fog. Started at 0.5 mg/day and every two weeks doubled. 4mg was too much so I came down to 3 mg/day. At first I got it in compounded pills which was very expensive. Now I get 50mg tablets and dissolve in 50 ml water and use a syringe to drink 3 ml ... less than five dollars a year!
Although I will say the benefits of the medicine may have slowly been reduced over time ... not clear.
Injections of 400 mg gluthiathon plus NAC pills 1000mg . I take the NAC pills every morning and the injections once a week. Gives me a lot more energy so helps with my fatigue.. I try to do moderate exercise 5 days a week.

I have tried just about everything alternative. What has helped me the most is 20 minutes daily on a Nu Step machine and injections of gluthiathon ..plus NAC pills, which produce gluthiathon. I am an 83 yr old woman and take no prescription medicine.Check it out. Good luck!

That statement when we are validated by hearing that others are experiencing what we are "I AM NOT CRAZY AFTER ALL!"
Did you have any trouble getting a prescription?
I too am taking NAC as well as NAD+ from Thorne Pharmaceuticals. When I added the NAD my energy level went way up as well as my strength!
