Bmisslich, recently diagnosed w/ smzl and have a choice bw Rituxan and splenectomy and am leaning towards splenectomy. Why did you choose that over Rituxan? Thank you, L

I was diagnosed last december with smzl. I had 4 treatments of rituximab and my spleen shrunk vack to 11 cm. I am feeling good now.
