@becsbuddy a number to a Mayo Jax Clinic would be awesome. @sueinmn suggested Emory Toxicology. Sue, I did get hopeful because Emory, partnering with Grady, has an outpatient clinic that was willing to schedule appointments for both my kids, but they needed a ‘diagnosis’ of ‘toxic’….I lost the ‘wind in my sails’ and explained I was coming to them for an assessment, diagnosis and treatment plan. I’m sure it’s a snafu in their scheduling software design because I’m not sure how I would have a diagnosis without seeing someone that can test, identify and diagnose. I believe since it is designed to support people who are working in environments where they were exposed to something hazardous (truly environmental, or chemical). Their system isn’t designed to accommodate a ‘Mom’ calling in with an appointment request. So,,,I’ll keep digging!

@rhutch23 I put the link in for Mayo Clinic in comment just before yours. the intake coordinator will talk to you and see if they can help or know of doctors in the area,

@rhutch03, the link @becsbuddy provided includes the phone number to Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, Florida

You can call the Central Appointment Office at 904-953-0853

Sometimes it's just easier talking to someone. If you call between 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern time Monday through Friday, you can talk with a coordinator.

i was recently looking at the list of EXCLUDED from ins coverage health conditions on the Medicare list and toxic environmental testing appeared to be excluded. i have had excellent COVERED care from my Cleveland Clinic allergist/immunologist for allergic and immunological reactions. All the “toxicity” drs i was told about were functional and none took insurance. It’s important to separate out the goal of ameliorating health and building a strong case for litigation. They are not always synonymous
