How should I deal with my erectile dysfunction?
I am a 25-year-old male, weighing 85 kg and standing 6 feet tall. For about 5-8 years, I have been experiencing erectile dysfunction. I can't get my penis erect on several occasions, and it is now smaller in size than it used to be. I have been masturbating extensively for a long time and still do. My semen leaks with my urine, and I don't last very long when I manage to get an erection.
What should I do?

@nihilistnick - Talk to a urologist with an ED specialty (not an ED clinic). You're too young to have these issues dog you for decades and decades. Get to the bottom of things with an actionable diagnosis.
It's important to speak with an urologist who specializes in ED and sexual health. There is no reason why you should be suffering at so young. Don't be imbarrassed Urologist deal with this stuff all the time. I went through it and once I was opened and able to talk to my urologist I was then able to start being treated for the same issues you are going through.
You need to see a urologist who specializes in ED. Try the postage stamp test! Obtain a short role of a few stamps, enough to go around your penis and secure them together. Place these before you go to bed around the base and in the morning upon waking if the stamps are broken you’re okay.
Yes, lots of general " boiler plate so called remedies " given even by professionals
You should get checked over by a good urologist, and I don't mean a run-of-the-mill sort of doctor who just treat UTIs. Actually, you should get a referral to an endocrinologist unless the urologist specializes in erectile dysfunction in a big way. For years as I've aged, I knew my hormone levels have been changing, for the worse. Finally, I got a referral to an endocrinologist who I convinced should look at my Free Testosterone blood levels and do something about it. He prescribed injections of testosterone propionate (not sure of spelling of that), 100 mg injected into my upper thigh every 2 weeks, and I finally can get erections again. My wife and I had sex for the first time in about 4 years just last week. But I had lost every bit of libido too, so that was a big thing too. My next step is to try to convince the doctor to prescribe aromatase inhibitors. That drug prevents the Free-T from being converted to (female) hormones so quickly. (Look that up if you are interested).
What are possible downsides of the "aronmatase inhibitors " and how often are injections or pills ?
