I think my original answer wasn't very clear. Emory University in Atlanta has a Toxicology department, and a clinic where they see patients. Check here:

Now that I see your story, have you had complete mold remediation in your home, or have you moved? If you have continued exposure to the mold, no amount of treatment or detox will be effective long-term. A long time ago, my niece was suffering from many unexplained symptoms. After a few years, when her Dad went to replace a window, he found the wall in her room completely invaded with mold - so bad the studs were rotting. He fixed the leak, sealed off the room, removed all of the offending material and replaced it with new, they took out all carpet, curtains, toys, bedding that may have been contaminated, and she moved back in. Her medical problems eventually faded away. (And he diligently checked the rest of the house for mold.
@rhutch23 you’ve certainly gotten some useful information! There is a actual Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, Florida. I have someone looking for it right now. If I were at home there’d be no problem, but we’re at our son’s house in Crested Butte, CO. as soon as I have the number, I’ll send it to you!

I searched ResearchGate for people/research on mycotoxins and found a few references. There is no charge for this research portal, but one needs to sign up. One paper was a generalized one on mycotoxins, a lot of papers on their presence in food, and others. Because the papers are posted by the scientists, you can also ask them questions. There doesn't seem to be a lot of research on mycotoxins in people and it is complex, inhaling the mold can impact the pulmonary, immune, and other symptoms. Hopefully others can give you options for doctors that specialize in mold toxicity.
