hard whitehead pimples

What causes very hard white head pimples (cluster) size of a pin head over chest. Can't get rid of them. Tried everything possible.

I have something very similar at random spots on my body. And, on the back of my head, I get these little hard bumps, which I have been told are sebum that has hardened. I usually pick them off and often then they get very sore. I shower and wash my hair daily and I have no idea what to do about these things.

Do your's itch? I get them on my arms, legs, and hands, sometimes inbetween my fingers and they itch.

I had a hard whitehead on my face that i told my dermatologist about. She decided to biopsy it, and it was basal cell cancer, which she removed within the next week. Never assume that you know what's going on with things like this. I just noticed this was posted in August of last year. I hope things are going well for you and that you found an answer to your problem.
