Hi @fkay10, welcome to connect. I understand your frustration, acne can have many different causes that can be vary from person to person. Do your's itch? I get them on my arms, legs, and hands, sometimes inbetween my fingers and they itch.

I have something very similar at random spots on my body. And, on the back of my head, I get these little hard bumps, which I have been told are sebum that has hardened. I usually pick them off and often then they get very sore. I shower and wash my hair daily and I have no idea what to do about these things.
