That sounds like a good news! The worst is something detected very early, the best is nothing. My lump was palpable but the mammo didn’t see it, the ultrasound picked up a small hypoechoic cyst. Mine was DCIS stage 1, no lymph node involved. If the ultrasound doesn’t pick up, then it’s a good thing. I pray that it’s nothing. Hugs
