How do I get on these sites? I lift weights and have not received any guidelines for doing so, except not to lift too heavy.

@camtak hopefully u can access the link Justin kindly listed for me. It’s a very scientific/clinic read. You could also search YouTube for Dr Steve Ommen where there are podcasts with him explaining HCM and answering common questions.
4HCM.org is also a great community with tons of resources and education. Hope this helps!
