They're good stretches and not hard to do but you can feel them working. And no pain afterwards. I do the head turns and shoulder rolls during the day whenever I remember and the neck is definitely feeling less stiff.

I like Aiko and April whose exercises are especially for older folk. I used to follow them before PMR and tried them again today. We will see tomorrow if they cause pain. Hopefully not as it is fairly gently movement.

I am back in the gym at last and feel brilliant. I still have problems with the left shoulder but it has improved. I used to exercise for hours before PMR made itself known but now happy with 2000 metre row, 500 SkiErg, 1 mile slow jog on treadmill then 20 minutes on spin bike. I always stretch afterwards and practice getting up from the floor. Pleased to say some muscle has returned.
