I follow this stuff pretty closely being a “fitness enthusiast” with HCM and an ICD for nearly 20 years now. Here are the most recent clinical guidelines from the experts which Dr Ommen at Mayo Rochester chairs. Out of the 5 cardiologists (all at heart centers) that I have been a patient of, he is one of my favorites and most trusted. How do I get on these sites? I lift weights and have not received any guidelines for doing so, except not to lift too heavy.
