Do you have a friend that may want to do day trips that don’t interest your husband? I just spent a few days on a road trip with a lifelong friend and it was full of joy and relaxation. She’s married and her husband didn’t mind at all. They always take trips both together and separately. If not a trip, maybe even just a community craft class or something with a friend just to mix it up a little. Maybe even just lunch with a friend. Hope it works out for you.

Most are like me, their husband’s think that they have to go.
Mine from the time he wakes up is in the same place. He watches utube and he is supposed to be getting rid of stuff and getting the downstairs clean. I should be grateful for him, but I find myself really anxious. I was always self reliant, because he went into work at 12:00, that I am not used to him being around. I need a purpose. If I wake up in the night I put the dishes in the dishwasher and have been doing the laundry. Otherwise I am looking up things on my phone and it doesn’t help.
