High ANA reading & meds

Plaquenil and Prednisone can cause eye problems. I have glaucoma and had to have surgery after being on these meds.
I also have a very high ANA test on an RA drug (was previously PMR and on Prednisone) but no one interested in actually finding out how come the high ANA reading. I also have had alopecia aerata since 1980. Now bad back pain when sitting …. It is so frustrating. Not keen to go back on Prednisone.
Other symptoms I have like rashes on arms from sun & keratin lumps on face, I never thought they were related but from some of other comments, they just may be.
Thanks for your sharing and helpful comments.
