Hi, I have on and off vertigo and continuous tinnitus for past 3years. Constant feeling of tremors in head, especially when lying down. I rarely have headaches. There is always a little heaviness in my head. My ENT said everything looks normal in CT scan and MRI. Everyone just says it must be due to some cervical related issue so do some exercises for it. Can anyone help?

It all statred in 2021, while sleeping I probably had an episode of vertigo and when I was tried to get up and trying opening my eyes, I could not seen anything, everything was blur. Till date I am not able to put back of my pillow without feeling a pressure and I eventually have to change my position dur to this. Can someone please help me with the diagnoses.
