Hi my name is paknght and I am new to the site. I have peripheral neuropathy for over 15 years. I have been to pain specialist, and they suggested that I get a nerve block. My question is if the nerve block is installed, how does that affect my feeling in my feet, such as how it affects my driving, sensations to the gas and brake pedal.

Hi @paknght, That is a question I probably would ask my doctor before having a nerve block. I'm not sure they can say for sure. You might find it helpful to scan through the comments and discussions others have started on nerve blocks. Here's a link to the discussions and comments - https://connect.mayoclinic.org/search/?search=nerve+block+for+feet
