One thing I would be interested in knowing is, how long have you had the sleep apnea? Are you able to still bike?

Hi Robert, I have been diagnosed only about 3 months ago and yes I still bike, in fact I have done 13,000 km (about 850 miles) this year.
By the way I am 80 years old.

Hi, a few years ago, like 8 years, I was diagnosed with light sleep apnea and I did nothing. Again 2 years ago another test with mild going to moderate. I then tried CPAP machine and could not get used to it and I gave up.

A few weeks ago I had another night test and now I am at a moderate level of apnea. This time I will try everything in my power to get past the curve and use the machine.

Yes I do still exercise: bike, swimming and walking. I am 80 year old and I have exercise all my life
