It is a rare find to come across a physician who is knowledgeable, kind, compassionate and listens (and hears) what you are telling them. I don't see how most can go home and sleep at night knowing that they did not do all that they were trained to do and can be so cavalier. Most of all, they do not like to deal with complex cases that require expanding their differentials!
