Calcified parafalcine meningioma

What does it mean when MRI results say u have a probable calcified parafalcine meningioma 6mm? Is this something to be concerned about?

@karynk24, it sounds like you received the results of your MRI before seeing your doctor. Have you had a chance to review the MRI results in the meantime? What did you learn?

I had a partially calcified Meningioma. It was 6 mm also. I had Gamme Knife back in March. My surgeon watched it until it hit a certain size. I have my 6 month follow up in September. I would make sure that you find a qualified Neurosurgeon in Meningioma. Good luck.
