My answer is not going to help you because you are non-medicare age group. But what it's worth below is my experience.

I am a Federal retiree w/non-medicare insurance. Earlier this year (Jan 2024), I inadvertently switched to an insurance with Part B coverage and Radius Labs refused to pay for the copay. Luckily, I was able to switch to my previous coverage and got back to receive the Radius Lab copay benefit. For this to happen it required a lot of discussion with different entities and persistence.

I finish my 2-yr Tymlos regime in August. Now I need to figure out with my Endo what should be my next osteoporosis treatment.
