Have you tried warm eye pads on your eyes? There are oil glands at the bottom of your eyes that moisten them. If they get clogged, no fluid can refresh your eyes. You can massage directly under your eyes to loosen these glands. They are called Mybomian (sp?) glands. Let me know how you make out.

I found a moist, warming eye mask by the brand Bruder (other brands didn’t work) on Amazon and it has been life changing. I warm it in microwave and put on eyes twice a day for 10 min. It causes the oil from those glands to release. My eyes are blurry from the oil for a few minutes afterwards but it’s very soothing. I do the eyelid massage while they are blurry. I also use tea tree oil lid wipes twice a day and take HydroEyes. This has truly helped me so much after years of dry eye pain and Xiidra, Cequa, and restastis. Maybe worth a try.
