cmdw2600 - Thank you for your comment, the Vit D3 I take also has Vit K2 in the recommended proportion- although the recommended proportion seems to vary among practitioners.

Good morning,
Has anyone taken these bone supplements: Calciven, OceanEssence or BoneUp or used any of Kevin Ellis’, Bone Coach products? I’m uncertain which ones to try after being newly diagnosed with Osteoporosis.
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
